If you're counting UGA in this, then you also need to adjust Clemson's record against ranked teams this year. UGA was ranked when they beat South Carolina. (And, yes, when they lost to Clemson.)
still be even one lost to a team as bad as Tenn will normally keep you out of the top 10. Stanford (Utah) and SC both seemed to buck that trend this year.
nobody gives Clemson any credit for beating UGA now. lol
even if Clemson beats OSU they'll still bring up FSU and SC losses . lol People expect Clemson to win titles for some reason. "Clemsoning" basically means Clemson loses to good teams like FSU, and they shouldn't. lol

I don't know about that. That was a good win for Clemson.
that was probably one of the most exicting games of the season, plus basically any game with UGA or Auburn. lol Duke and Texas AM was fun too until the end
last year LSU fans were giving me hell when I told them Duke's backup QB was better than LSU's starter. He proved me right last night even despite his two late mistakes. lol they also didn't believe me when I said Duke's best WR was better than their best WR.
maybe I'm better at seeing talent on teams than I realized while others are blinded by the program identity?
then we would see some SC fans become open minded on eliminating fumble recovery turnovers from the game.
I'm not a Gamecock fan nor have have I read this thread in its entirety but who has been making the argument about eliminating fumbles from football, and more importantly why?

take random luck out of the game. you see teams who are getting schooled by an offense get a lucky break with some fumble recoveries. given posessions are limited in football compare to other sports it should be a greater threshold to get the ball back than simply a player dropped it on offense.
It also is disapopinting when a game is hyped up like Clemson SC and then one team wins b/c of 3 fumble recoveries, including two on punt returns. I'd rather see the teams have to stop each other with position defense than that.
