I don't think it is minimized, neither school has a big focus on basketball. Baseball may have a bigger following than basketball.

And, that is the point, I am not a Clemson guy. Had plenty of opportunities to go there but I went to a private undergrad school and Carolina for grad school, would not change a thing.
