We found him originally be shopping around and his quote on our home was one of the more inexpensive. In the end we would have paid more for him. There's so much value in having the job done right the first time and can trust the person you're talking to. When he says don't worry, I'll handle it. Bank on it. Matt was patient and very willing to dig deeper to find out why we wanted something done. Many times we found what we wanted and what we needed were two different things and had we gotten what we originally asked for, would have been very let down.
We went back to them years later for changes/upgrades. My mother in law used them to remodel their home and the neighborhood association had his company come in and remodel the 1980s clubhouse.
Local company, local family, good people.
Best of luck.

Good luck on your new home. My only advice... do your homework early on flooring, layout, and fixtures.
