i actually havent seen any yet so far in this area though most spots we've been in are fast or casual, no bars. I'll assume that locations that consider their bar area as an important and a heavily used feature will be the first to post notices (or even sports bars wouldnt surprise me if they dont allow).
This is something Yelp should add to it's descriptions of bars/restaurants.
