An out-of-state manufacturing company could invest $30 million and create 135 jobs with a facility at Interstate 20 Industrial Park in the southwest quadrant of Timmonsville Highway (South Carolina Highway 340) and Interstate 20 in Darlington County, South Carolina, in an economic development project known as "Project Phoenix".
