Married couple with 17 year old daughter are in desperate need of a home to rent--apartment, house, anything where they can be safe and comfortable. The husband will be unable to return to work for at least a few months following devastating, emergency surgery. They will live on the wife's income only.

This couple is not asking for a handout. They are hard working people who have had some terrible things happen to them. They need help finding a home that is affordable for the next year.

They would like to find something under $450. If you have a property for rent or know of a resource to help, please respond ASAP. They need to move out of their current rental house by the end of February.

Are you the person who will "Pay It Forward"? Or are you the person who will have the perfect contact for them? Whatever the case, please help with ideas. We who love them are reaching out where ever we can.

Our thanks. May your day be blessed.

Go to www.socialserve.com to find affordable housing; more likely apartment complexes; plug in zip code and search.

Default Housing - Desperately Needed

New to this. Not sure if I'm doing this right, but go to www.socialserve.com, plug in zip code and search. Mostly apartment complexes but income-based and affordable.
