Actually, I take a total of 4 in 24 hrs. But I spread them every 6 hrs, thus the 4/day total. I take them to keep anxiety at bay, as I'd rather them than get an anti-anxiety script, as they're far too addicting & costly, & worse yet -- ALWAYS need a doc around to write for them.
W/ adjusting to only the v-root, it is always something I can store buy, & so readily able to be gotten. But you're right, daily daytime use -- unless for a steady anti-anxiety effect as in me -- is not needed by most.
However, it works so far for me this way so I keep doing it, I guess, til it does not.
