I don't think I ever heard of it. There are some sites that I'll read more but this link talks about better sleep. I sleep good now with what I use but this product is sure affordable. It comes to us from Europe etc.

I have wild lettuce growing in my yard and when I poke my fingernail into the stem a milky latex will ooze out. I haven't tried it but I've heard you can dry that and make a sticky opium like substance from it. I have no idea whether it works as well as opiates.
