Has anyone taken Modifilan for extra energy? I have also seen seaweed in stores, sold in whole pieces. Not sure I'd want to eat it, but has anyone used that instead by cooking it in broth or water & drinking the fluid?

I'm so tired lately, I'm having trouble staying awake. Could be stress (just relocated), new environment (above sea level & now surrounded by tons of trees... I'm allergic) or just that I'm tired (sleeping 8-hrs, but really off-schedule).

I'm looking for a more natural way to get a boost. Anything more than morning caffeine makes me edgy & gives me a headache. Even 1 cup of tea gives me a bonce bashin' headache. I overheard someone say they took Modifilan to stay awake during night shift work. Have done some research & like anything else, 50% say no, 50% say yes. Anyone have firsthand experience with it?

Thank you very much.
