I don't get nearly as much fiber as I should in my daily diet.

Any suggestions as it relates to a good supplement?


How often do you take it?


Any info would be great...

The best, aside from green veggies every day, would be a psyllium/acidophilus blend.

If you want your food to go smoothly through your stomach, you'll need plenty of soluble fiber. Psyllium is good, but some folks find it a bit harsh and hard on their tum tums!

Course, it's always best to try to get most of your fiber from the foods you eat. But, since the reccomended daily fiber amount is 25 to 35 grams, it can be tough sometimes.

You might want to try acacia fiber. Whatever you try, add fiber to your diet slowly. And, drink plenty of water with any fiber product-6 to 8 galsses throught the day.

I eat gnu fiber bars. 130 calories per bar and half the daily fiber requirement. No sugar either.
