Can anyone point me in the right direction for storing a boat and RV indoors for the winter?

The only place I have heard of out that way is Winter Harbor - Warm Winter Boat Storage
Often you will see signs about people that store boats in barns for people. You might get lucky on craigslist.

Our friend in New Woodstock stores boats, cars, etc. in an empty barn (there are several barns but this one used to be a shop - it's bigger than a regular barn) but I don't know if he has any more room... and I think that's outside your 30-mile radius. If you're interested though, I can ask. Typically, people who boat on Caz Lake use it so it's super convenient for them.
