I understand the post and the reason for the post but not a true view of the current salaries. Example real easte 100,000. The average agent is not making this .amount.

Properties have been selling briskly in the area. For agents that sell as their main job, I think that estimate is reasonable. For those who sell real estate on the side, it may be more of a stretch. Central NY includes a lot of real estate and property values that range from $10k to the recent sale of a $7M home purchased by news anchor David Muir.

Call your local agent inquire if you should expect to make over 100,000 let se what they say . This is a misrepresantion . What this implys is become an agent and you can expect to make this amount.

This is in regards to “experienced workers” in that occupation and the criteria is mentioned in the first part of the article.
