Same here, I will take a mom and pop coffee place anyday or even Dunkin donuts.

Yes, it would be very successful. Tampa needs a Tim Hortons. I love it and there are so many people around this area from up north and Canada (where Tim Hortons is huge). I have been wanting a Tim Hortons here for a while. Their coffee is incredible!!

About 10 years Tim Hortons came to our city. And first thing I said was " What's a Tim Hortons?" " Great , another coffee shop!". Today, I'm one if their biggest fans...I literally hate traveling south because they have "No Tim Hortons restaurants". All I can say is that its a addiction. People I personally know will go there twice a day.
I have considered opening a Timmys in Florida...a couple trips and ur hooked! ADDICTION! Lol

This is a pretty harsh generalization of suburbanites, and I live in the city.

Never heard of the place before. But, after looking at their website I agree with what others have said - it would do very well with all the transplants, snowbirds, etc.

I miss Krispy Kreme. I'd be pretty happy if more of them opened up here.

I have heard from veterans that have returned from Kandahar, Afghanistan that the Tim Hortons at the base there was used as much by Americans as by Canadians.

I think Timmy's, as we affectionately call, it would do well in the Tampa Bay area.

Yeah I am one of those Canadian snowbirds, and yes I do know how to drive.

I go up to Canada frequently and have to say that Tim Horton's is amazing. It is also much cheaper than DD and especially Starbucks. Not sure if that's just because it's in Canada, but either way the coffee is great!
