O! I have. I thought they were all ok. Of course, ITA on Old Northeast being +++++. Algia, you also prefer shore acres and snell, correct?

I really like crescent lake area (almost all). What is it you didn't like? and thanks again....

Yes.

That area is really beautiful by the water, so I am biased towards that. Make Crescent Lake #4 on my list.

Old North East is the very best area, (it's the sweet spot in all of Saint Pete) Love that area.
Crescent Lake is also quite nice.

Shore Acres floods with big rains, as does parts of Snell Isle.

I thought Allendale and Kenwood were very nice areas. However, I just drove through there once and only during the day.

damn about the flooding. Would still consider renting there, not buying. Snell and Shore acres are nice and in a great location.

Well....all of Bayshore Blvd floods too...ppl still live there, and pay huge amounts to do so.

If you're renting, then that is a good opportunity to see how the area handles in all weather conditions. I say go for it.
