Hello,

I am a 29 year old married mother of 3 ( ages 10, 3, and 1). We currently live in Worcester, ma which is an urban area about 45 mins from Boston. I am tierd of winter. I hate snow and cold. Im sick of my gas bill being $250 every month. We currently live in a 3 family triple decker home. The only opition for 3 bedroom apartments in the area.
Ive been to Florida many times and I absolutely love it there. My husband and I are ready for a fresh start and Florida is where we want to be.
The reason we are looking in to Tampa area is because my parents are moving to Sarasota/Bradenton area. As mch as I want to be near them I have heard that area is mostly older people. We want a family friendly area with good schools. I definitely want a community feel to the place we move too. We need to he close to hospital as my husband and I are both in the medical field.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post!

Right around USF is the Medical Capital of the Tampa area. There are Hospitals everywhere, but a large portion between the college, VA, Florida Medical Center, Moffit Cancer Center, etc... Cross streets are Bruce B Downs and Fletcher.

IMO, New Tampa (33647 zip code) is extremely nice place to live. Other considerations with your family being down by Bradenton/Sarasota is Riverview and Apollo Beach. Some very nice Master Planned Communities in each of those areas.

Do a quick search for Panther Trace/Waterset for a good look at two South of the 4/75 Interchange and Live Oak, Seven Oaks, Arbor Green, Hunters Green, Heritage Isle, Cory Lakes for those up Bruce B Downs by New Tampa and Wesley Chapel. There are numerous others less (and more) expensive in Land O Lakes/Wesley Chapel. Still keeps you about 70-90 minutes from family but a bit out of the city.

GOOD LUCK!

Trying to get up money to fix up our house to be able to sell and possibly make a little cash so we can have something to go down with in case any jobs we get don't work out.
