I am a single guy, 65 yeras old from Colorado. I don't look or feel 65 and stay healthy by doing a lot of hiking. I need to be in Florida because I cannot to the winter any more. I am looking at the senior housings in the areas I mentioned below and found a few but their in large apartment buildings where you don't have much freedom. I grill outside almost every night. I really enjoy the beach, hiking, beautiful parks, fishing, great food like seafood & bbq, few cocktails and great country music. I am looking in areas like Hudson, Port Richey, New Port Richey, Tarpon Springs, and Palm Harbor that will make me feel welcome and happy. I don't like old neighborhoods and I believe Clearwater will be too much traffic. Any suggestions ?

Look for a townhouse condo. Little or no outdoor work, but the outdoors is there.

realtor.com is a good place to browse property.
