I'm thinking about buying a home near Cannella Elementary school.
Diversity is very important.

Sort of, but where it is "divers" it is also not as nice...Like it is "divers" on Fletcher going towards 275...or south towards Linebaugh...but it is made up of older homes, and some questionable citizens. So, as with everything you should come and see for yourself.

What in terms of diversity are you looking for? It can be many things, especially with so many people from around the world here, bringing all kinds of diverse customs and traditions with them.

I've lived in Carrollwood, literally right around the corner from Plantation, for 20 years. I wouldn't call it diverse. It's a nice area... Just not a diverse one. I'd suggest Egypt Lake or Seminole Heights for more diversity.

I believe there is data in city-data that will tell you what the diversity is of a zip code. Might want to start there. Carrollwood is huge and it depends what party you are in. I am not familiar with the area you are referring to, sorry.

When they ask that question, they are ONLY referring to 1 thing.

I do not believe that to be true in all cases, which is why I asked. There are so many types of diversity, that I would rather have the OP clarify what they are looking for, in order to provide the best and most accurate answers.

Well, "I" know that...I lived in Miami my whole life...However when that question is asked, it is never about small mom & pop shops that are from around the world. We both know that.
