Be careful in Pasco, as you're in serious sinkhole country.

Been in FishHawk nearly a year and I freaking love it. By far one of the best family oriented communities in the area. We are in the process of actually buying a new construction site while our lease is about to expire. We found some really great prices for our family at our target budget. Feeling so blessed. Thanks to all who offered input. Looking forward to laying our roots down in our new home this summer. Everyone have a great year!

Mike

Congratulations and good for you!!

I don't need schools so no importance to me other than for Resale value in the future..My kids are and will be in College

but it seems you do not have anything nice to say about the area, I am sorry you had such a bad experience apparently and yet Florida isn't everyone's paradise I get it...People need to do their due diligence especially when it comes to schools and sometimes that just isn't enough...

Have you considered Safety Harbor? Lovely established area...close to airport...and resale always will do better than Pasco...I'm not a real estate agent and live in Palm Harbor...not a paid spokesman!!!

Safety Harbor is too far from where we would like to be and a little bit out of our price range...
