Is there any difference among them from point of view - cost of rent, amount and quality of kindergardens. How long does it take to set off from TarponSprings or Palm Harbor to DT of Tampa and St pete?
I`ve already been in both of coast - east and west (Miami, Orlando, Tampa, St pete, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor). The last one i liked the most!

My father-in-law lives near the intersection of SR 580 and US 19 near the Countryside Mall. You could not pay me enough to live in Pinellas County because of the overdevelopment, traffic, noise etc. Tarpon Springs is by far the best place in the entire area, and the one town I actually enjoy being in, there is just something about it that sets it apart from everything else. It would only take you and extra 5 minutes to get to DT Tampa or St. Pete from there vs. Palm Harbor.

What about this area (in attach)? I`ve been to that place - it seems quite nice.

I would say the schools in Palm Harbor are head and shoulders above Tarpon and Clearwater and slightly closer to DT Tampa and St Pete from Tarpon and a few more mins than Clearwater. That said it still can be a haul depending on traffic - sometimes it could take 30 mins, sometimes closer to an hour depending on traffic and where you're trying to get to...

I did forget about the rent part - you will pay more in Palm Harbor - it would be the most expensive of the 3 - unless you're out near the beach in Clearwater of course - because you're paying for the better schools

Looking on Zillow it seems Clearwert/St.Pete in general more expencive rather than Palm Harbor. Tampa is cheaper (but i don`t consider it).
There are several communities with rent cost 950-1000$ (into the circle which i drew)
