I was planning on moving to the Fishhawk/Lithia area. I currently in Riverview and wante to move to. Bigger home. I saw a community called Channing Park outside of Fishhawk and was wondering if it is a good neighborhood to move in too. Is it well maintained, is the crime rate low, etc. It seems like very well maintained neighborhood but I'm not living there so I don't know how daily life would be in there. I was also considering other neighborhoods including Waterset in Apollo Beach or Waterleaf in Riverview but they don't seem as established as Fishhawk area does. Thank you and can't wait to look at the comments!!!

Channing Park is a great neighborhood in a good school zone with amazing amenities. I am thinking of looking over there as well. They have a really nice clubhouse, pool and hot tub. It's very quiet and I am not aware of any crime. I have a good friend that bought over there a few years ago and she is very happy there.

Channing Park is nice but so is waterset and waterset is a lot closer to I 75 if that's important to you.
