I know and thanks for the advice. I have found a few builders, not many. One of those is Maronda.

Any opinions or experience with Maronda Homes?

No, but speaking from direct experience with building homes in this area, if you're not around while the home is being built, expect to be disappointed. The quality of work (I refuse to use the term "craftsmanship", as it's nonexistent here) will be marginal at best, so if you're the least bit discerning about having square corners and closed joints you better be prepared to walk through the property on an almost daily basis to write stuff up.
