Given your attitude perhaps you should be looking for a restaurant where you might be able to eat some humble pie.
Rudeness isn't the greatest trait to display when coming on here asking for help.

Oldsmar, as far as I know, is the start of Pinellas County.

Don't live there any more, but I always liked Whistle Stop on Main St in Safety Harbor. Laid-back bar and grill that seems like it should be on the beach. Outdoor seating, some covered some not, live music sometimes, walk-up ice cream counter in the front if you just want a frozen treat.

Lagerhaus in Palm Harbor (not far from Oldsmar) at Tampa Rd and East Lake Rd is good too. Google describes it as "Chill choice serving pub grub with a European flair, along with house beers & lots of draft choices." I think that's pretty accurate. It's a restaurant/bar with a lot of German-inspired stuff and a good selection of beers.

To address the OP question, Frida's cafe and bakery is a good place to get breakfast or lunch, and then take some yummy bakery items home with you.

This is correct. Race Track Rd is the eastern boundary of both Oldsmar and Pinellas County.

If you like German food and good beer, then you have to check out Dunderbak's off of Bruce B Downs.
