Moving to North Port area within 2 months and looking for reputable home builders/agents. Can anyone suggest? Real Estate is insane right now and every time I like a home by the next day it is in pending mode.
At this point not sure what I should do? Temporarily rent?

Plan to rent. If your move is permanent then rent while you look. This takes the pressure off and gives you time to be certain of the area you will buy your home.

Just be careful as some of the builders are dealing with lack of contractors that conduct good work

Even for individuals it is right now more difficult to get good work done as some of the companies are so busy that they are cutting corners or can't get materials. Of course there are good trustworthy companies out there but they are super busy.
