Lately, we've heard the U.S. inflation rate is 7.5% (12-month rolling average through January), but this areas inflation rate is actually higher...9.6% for the same period.

The February figures should be released Thursday March 10th, 2022. Will they go from 9.6% to above 10%?

I'm guessing yes.

If you own your home/s & cars outright, your assets are increasing in value, but if you are a renter, with big car payments, your getting crushed by this inflation.

Gas prices should eclipse $4/gal by the end of this week:

Florida has lagged behind most other places in wages. This will probably force wage increases. The current inflation issue is really hurting small busniness in the recreational sector as less disposable income is available. Lots of business closures in 2002 predicited.
