Hello everyone! I'm a certified teacher in secondary ed. - social studies. I plan to move to Oahu by June or July of next year and I could use some advice on finding a job. My greatest fear is that I won't be able to secure a teaching position. I've heard that Hawaii has the same issues as Guam regarding teacher shortages. I'll be living in Aiea heights so teaching in or around that area would be perfect. Since I'll be visiting Oahu again in March should I visit the schools there too? What do I do? Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
