This is my second year teaching. Last year was successful, but before the new year begins, I'm trying to think of things to simplify my paperwork. Constantly filling up bulletin boards with student work using STAPLES is a pain In the butt!!!! It's time consuming pulling out the staples.
My question is: What are some methods for hanging up student work that is quick and easy?
I saw one bulletin board where they mounted clothes pins to the board and placed student work in the clothes pin. Making it quick and easy to swap out student work efficiently.
Anyone else have any ideas? I have 5 bulletin boards so if I can find a more efficient way, it woukd be a huge time-saver.
String yarn across left to right, then use large paper clips to clip onto the yarn and attach work.
Some teachers attach (hot glue??) binder clips to small decorative cut outs, staple the cutout to the board.
Personally, I bought large push pins, easy to swap out!
I like that! Not only can you put their work on the bulletin board, but you can hang it from the ceiling! You can even take it a step further; have the students decorate the binder clips, or you can even get clothes pins and glue their pictures to them.

You must not teach middle school. Those turkeys would make fine weapons to poke one another, especially in the hallways, and we'd be in deep doo-doo with the principal if we armed the students.
If it were me, and I don't do bulletin boards, but if I did, I would get some of that wide paper that we have on rolls on carts in each workroom. I would cut out a piece to cover the board, then glue stuff to the board. Time to change, take down paper, with all the "work" and trash, put up new paper. EZ.

Only problem with that is that you still have to mess with the borders
