Who do you report racial discrimination by your school staff to?

As an update, I recently learned from a particular teacher at the school that a number of teachers were fired because of alleged racist incidents towards students. Lots of parents wrote letters of complaint to the county school board. The principal had to leave last year for similar reasons.

All of this stuff is unraveling right now. It's pretty disgusting. I don't know how these people live with themselves.

I am not aware of anything that requires teachers to write letters of recommendation.
