Greetings fellow Texans,

Here is a really cool interactive geography test. Click it on, and a state will pop up at the top of your screen. You then drag it down to its proper location on a blank map of the United States.

The states will come up in random order (i.e. the next time you try it, you might not get the same sequence), and what is difficult (at least for me) if if you happen to get the small northeastern states at first and know the general location, but miss by just a slight bit. But even with other states, the hardest part is with the initial ones and getting them in their precise location.

Anyway, I scored 88%. Give it a try, y'all! Have fun!

I lived in MA for a while so the small northeastern states were easy for me. I had problems placing the first few larger midwest states when the map was still very blank. All that space! I know where they are, I missed some by going a 1/2 inch to an inch too far left or right.

I got 98%, the only state I got wrong was Delaware. I was off my 19 miles, lol, it was one of the first states I got and it is so small it was hard to place.

I think if I did it again I would get it correct.

I think I got lucky in how the states fell.

I think I got California, Texas, Chicago, Florida early so the rest was just infill,

After Delaware stumped me, I got Pennsylvania new Jersey and NY so the rest of the NE was not so bad.

I bet if I try it again I would get a lot more wrong
