I am a single 32 year old man who has been dying to take a visit to Texas. I am having a hard time trying to decide which city to visit. I am going back and forth between Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. I love to enjoy the nightlife and love to party until 6am on the weekend. As well, during the day time I would like to go to an aquarium and visit any attractions that might be unique to a particular city. As well, I like to visit Gentlemen's clubs too. Which city would have good gentlemen's clubs for a bachelor? Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

The answer to your last question would be Houston. Per capita, the most. I can't tell ya much about party scenes though. Other than that, San Antonio has the most stuff to see and do by far. Fort Worth is nice, too. Look up - Sundance Square, Kimball art museum, Stockyards, Fort Worth Japanese gardens. Houston is a good place to live, but as far as things to do it is really spread out and you would have to do a lot of driving here.

Dallas and Houston would have plenty of the scene you're looking for.

Dying to visit Texas? That doesn't make sense. People are DYING to visit Vancouver, or Santa Barbara, or New York City. Choose your words carefully! Anyways, as far as nightlife goes, Dallas wins hands down. San Antonio would probably be a distant second, (if you don't mind all the annoying tourists). Houston isn't bad either, but is clearly third here.

Hmm. You want strippers, nightlife and aquariums.

Heck, I say Corpus Christi. Much easier to get around than Houston and Dallas. Beaches, women, plenty of nightlife.

Link to Texas State Aquarium. Be sure to go on the 'strippers get in free' day.

Dallas....stay in the uptown area so you will be centrally located. In uptown you will have easy access to bars and restaurants. Fabulous restaurants are located here. I'm not into the club/lounge scene anymore but all the high end lounges will be fairly close. Gentlemen's clubs will be a litte further out towards 35E and Northwest Hwy area. I think they are all kind of clumped together on that side of town. On aquarium's, check out Dallas World Aquarium off of N Griffin (I think...too lazy to double check). Museum of Natural Science and a smaller aquarium are located in Fair Park. White Rock Lake is a nice outdoor oasis in Dallas's urban concrete jungle. 9.3 loop around the lake that you can walk/run/bike. Now that the weather is nice, it will be very crowded durning the weekends.

"Gentlemen's Clubs" -- that's an oxymoron, right?

Meh....that is what the OP stated that he wanted to check out. Not exactly what I would have as a vacation "to do" but then again, I'm female.....so what do I know? Too each their own.

You'd go to La Bare or some other "Ladies Club", right?

LOL! Ouch....had that coming since I knew the vicinity where the "Gentlemen's Clubs" were located. Yeah, I've been to two bacherlorette parties at La Bare's so I've been in the area. Not my scene...I was there for moral support for the bride!
