I was speaking as to Lubbock and Shallowater both being in Lubbock County and the City of Lubbock has grown virtually to Shallowater.

I would imagine SISD taxes are close to LISD and their city taxes probably aren't much less. Wolfforth is actually higher than Lubbock, as is FISD.
