I was wondering if anyone can help me find good online rental agencies. My wife and I are coming to Toronto from the UK for 6 months and we are having problems finding an apartment. Our budget for somewhere to live is about $1,600 to $1,900 per month. Any help would be really appreciated as we're having no luck and our stress levels are stratospheric at the moment

Cheers everybody.

Try Sutton Realty. I have had mostly good experiences with them.

Hi.

You can also search for rentals through REALTOR.ca -Welcome. Many of the rental properties listed there are managed through realtors who screen rental applicants on behalf of property owners. A realtor can also help you with your search and there is usually no fee for this service.

If you are still looking try craigslist too. You can find short rentals that's furnished and of course realtors are a good choice too. I'm a realtor working in Toronto, you can send me an email if you want.
