I just pulled a set of Dueler A/Ts off my Toyota T100 (that I put on when I bought the truck). They were phenomenal tires when new, I couldn't find a road situation that phased them and they worked reasonably well in off-road work as well (I mean Real off-road). But the A/Ts took a chunk out of my fuel economy, were noisy, didn't last very long (45k), and became a challenge to drive with over the past 10~15k. Especially in the rain, they just wouldn't stay hooked up with the road.
I should mention, I'm nearly 40 and don't drive like a lunatic... I'm the guy you probably pass who's doing the speed limit.
No idea if the H/T tires have ANY of the same abilities as the A/Ts... but they were Expensive even when I bought them back in 2003 (I think I paid ~$800). I just put on Geolanders, but that was driven by price as they were absolutely the cheapest thing I could find that had positive reviews. Even those were ~$600 (mail order).
Have you checked reviews at Tire Rack? That's usually where I start looking when I need tires. Not the end-all, be-all site, but it's a good start.
Another tire to consider (in the same category) is the Rugged Terrain T/A by BFGoodrich. Substantially similar to the Michelins, ~$20/tire cheaper (which ought to Easily cover mounting and balancing).
Since you have a Toyota, you should take care to have the tires road-force balanced. Something about Toyota rims that are picky... this is the best tool for the job, you can see who has one locally:
