I'm wondering if anyone knows after landing in St. Louis, would your bags go on to your next destination or have to be re-checked in? Thanks, just wanting to know ahead of time.

Go to capeair.com - click on 'travel planning' and select 'airline connections. There is a chart explaining which airlines they have agreements with.

Most airlines have baggage connection agreements with other airlines, the general exception is when you book 2 reservations that are not connected. If going from point A to Point C with a stop and airline change at Point B, If you booked the whole trip as a single reservation, your bagges will follow to the last destination. But if you booked Point A to Point B on one airline and another reservation from Point B to Point C, your bags will only go to the desitnation of the reservation. If you did that, you can sometimes get the airlines to book all the way through if they know you need that service.
