I95N Fredericksburg VA Exit 133 to Rte. 17N (information, Virginia, where)

I posted this in the VA thread, but no response.

Just want to know how bad (or not) is the construction at Exit 133 heading N on I95 in Fredericksburg VA. Sounds like it's almost complete.

We will be traveling through there on Friday September 18th around 2PM, heading to Rte. 17 out to Rte. 66.

Thank you old_cold. I have been using DOT511VA which is where I noticed information about "motorists should expect substantial delays" on I95S. Since we're heading N, I was just wondering about the impact.
