It’s happened again. Again. Yet another person’s space has been invaded on a flight by naked feet poking through the armrests.
User Craftiest shared an image on Reddit of a pair of feet emerging from behind his seat on an airplane. One on either side. The toes are painted fuschia polish, and the legs – they’re extended enough that you can see the legs, yes – are covered with vinyl leggings.
Shaming isn't enough. Planes need to have a foot guillotine. Ok, yes, that's over the top, but this is beyond disgusting and unfathomable to me that someone thinks it's ok to do.
I flew with Jetblue recently, and I thought that the amount of space was fine. Not particularly comfortable, but definitely tolerable. If you want to know the REAL crime, it is those Coach/Greyhound buses. On some of those you do not even have enough room for your knees. Disgusting. Those scumbag bus companies are the ones that have to be held accountable
I'd tell the offending passenger to get their feet out of my space, if they didnt comply i'd inform the flight attendant.if that didnt work the feet would be used as an arm rest.

I agree with you up until that last part. I am not resting my arms on a strangers feet!
I'd be more inclined to go the passive aggressive route; "accidentally" jam my elbow on their foot or somehow make it "accidentally" uncomfortable for them to have their feet in my space.
