Has anyone ever rented a Timeshare through a website called "sell my timeshare now"?

We're about to take a weeklong vacation and this came up in my searches. If we rent through the site, it looks like we'll save about 25% off the regular rental price of a hotel room($600 vs $800) but have a full kitchen, more space, etc.

I'd love to hear it if anyone has experience in these things!

I once rented a timeshare for a week, on a lake in northern Minnesota in January. It was very cheap, and actually quite nice, if all you want to do is just hang out and relax.

Yes. We stay in condos that are typically timeshares. We get more room and for long vacations having a washer/dryer is handy. I hate coming home w/ tons of dirty laundry to do. Kind of ruins the whole vacation thing. The kitchen is also nice. Great to have a fridge for drinks as we will hit the grocery store and buy a case of water and whatever else we want and have some place to keep it cold. A lot cheaper than having to buy it all day long every day of your entire trip whenever you want something. We also take a small collapsable ice chest with us to take when we are going to be out all day. It is also nice to have snacks and stuff or breakfast and sandwich stuff for some meals so we don't have to eat out for every meal. Then love being in a condo over a hotel room as we can put the kids to bed and we can still stay up and watch tv or whatever and we all have "space". You do tend to save money when going the condo route and it does make for a nice vacation.

Thanks! I booked a really nice place last night - a 1 bedroom in a community with an indoor pool! I'm so excited! The hotels in the area are running around $125-$175/night and few have micro/frig, let alone the full kitchen, washer/dryer and separate BEDROOM for the kids - all for $75/night.

Awesome!
