Are there any recycling centers in the area?Back in cali there are these places where we can take our cans and get money for them.

I vaguely remember one on 22nd St... perhaps between Wilmot and Alvernon on the North side. Have no clue if it's still there.

no deposit, no return. California, like where I moved from in NY, had 5 cents per bottle deposit. AZ does not (currently).
Just put your bottles and cans in your recycling bin.

Or you could do like Kramer and Newman from Seinfeld... save them all up and make a road trip to Michigan where you get like 15 cents a piece.

The return would probably cover the gas half way.

Darn it. I just moved here from CA and was saving up my cans for $ haha. Oh well. Maybe some day AZ will get on the recycling ban wagon.
