Now that Game of Thrones and Outlander are over I could save some money until they start up again. Is their anything good to watch on either channel right now?

If you want to cancel it then cancel it if it is the right decision for your life.

We cancelled satellite television several months ago and I am glad we did but I haven't watched television for more than 15 years now and Mr. CSD was gone most of the time so that money was being wasted on television.
Since we cancelled satellite television when he is home he watches DVD's of television programs we have and movies.

I won't be cancelling cable, just those two channels until the shows come back on. I just wondered if there was anything on them this summer worth watching.

They used to charge for this. Not sure if they still do, but they did that in order to prevent people from doing what you want.

Supposedly season 2 of True Detective isn't as good as season 1, but that could be a reason to stick with HBO.
