Some of us, when we get up in the mornings, like to watch the news. For others, the kids turn on the cartoons first thing. Others might head straight for the stereo and put on their favourite radio station. And some might even put on a movie. Boy, what would we do without entertainment, eh?!
So, what is it you prefer, when you first get up?
Personally, I like the weather channel. I can read the news in other areas online. But as long as theres something going in the background, as sometimes here when its too quiet for too long I get to thinking Im in a morgue (figuratively speaking, of course).
Personally, when I get up first thing in the morning I turn on the radio 98% of the time. If I wake up in good timing I look at the news on tv 2% of the time.
Another good one 4 me. I prefer the radio, it just gets me going even more naturally than that of my coffee. My wife likes us to have our coffee together while watching the news, Lucy, or Leave it to Beaver or something short. Sacrifices of love I tell ya, oh don't get me too wrong, I enjoy it too. 15 years now, but I miss going to bed with, and waking up with My Music.
I'll turn on the TV and watch/listen to the news while reading the morning newspaper...and I will keep the TV or radio on during the day for background noise. Can't stand it too quiet either...
