I don't know much about this franchise, but just resently watched a Peanuts special called Its a Mystery...I've seen the snoopy Met Life commercials, but this show I watches seemed like it had great production value, especially in the sound department. The back ground music is real real funky. Is anyone here a fan of the Charlie Brown - Snoopy gang? What other specials are as good?

I thought just about everyone had seen "A Charlie Brown Christmas" and/or "It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown"...they've been around since the 1960's and are available on DVD. I'm proud to say I've watched both specials almost every year since I was five years old...I'm 45 now and still love them as much as I did when I was a kid.

My favorite is the one where they go to camp and do a boat race. I'm totally blanking on the name.

I still watch the Halloween and Christmas Specials every year, even though my kids are no longer home to watch it with me (they are in their 20's and 30's - LOL). I never get tired of them and sometimes recite the lines along with the characters. They just give me a good feeling while watching them.

I think my favorite now is the one where they become exchange students and travel to Europe with the program "Bon Voyage Charlie Brown and Don't Come Back".

Watching Snoopy drive the car, grinding gears, and make gestures at the other drivers is comic genius!
