If you were limited to choosing one of these four packages, which would it be?:

HBO, Starz, Cinemax, Showtime

We have all four at our Escape Winter house here in SW FL...tough choice.
I really like HBO, but Showtime would be a very close 2nd, with both channel choices for movies, and for series.

Unless two Premo channels is going to break your budget, I would opt for those two.
Or, give all four a close look on their sites and see which one or more might be of more interest to you.

The nice thing now is that you can get them via their own app. Get HBO for a few months. Binge watch Game of Thrones. Cancel HBO and get Starz. Binge watch Black Sail and Outlander. Cancel Starz. Then do the same for Skinemax and Snoozetime. Point is, there is no reason to choose just one.

I agree but this might be part of a cable package. I'd pick Showtime because of the shows I like on there and get HBO a la carte sometimes.

OP I think it will come down to which shows do you like? Movies are about equal as in who gets which sooner.

I have all four. If I had to choose one, I'd pick HBO, as they have better series. The big-name first-release movies will eventually come to all of them, but each channel only has their own series. HBO has everything from Game of Thrones to The Deuce to Veep to.... you get the idea.

Helpful? Not! The OP asked to pick one, thread-crapping with a "none" doesn't advance the conversation.

Depends on the service.

Cut the cord and go with Playstation Vue streaming for $75 a month and get them all.
