According to http://www,zap2it.com, ABC will initiate new restrictions on viewing online content starting next week.

Effective Monday, January 6th, ABC will limit next-day new episode viewing to paying subscribers to any participating pay-TV affiliates, as well as Hulu Plus.

Currently ABC's shows are available to view for free the following day, but effective Monday, non-paying subscribers will have to wait one full week in order to view content.

Does this mean that Cox Cable customers will be able to view them On Demand?
