Default You're watching the wrong one - watch the AUSTRALIAN (original) version

Do yourself a favor and check out the ORIGINAL AUSTRALIAN version of this show. You can stream it on Netflix. The lead actor is Richard Roxburgh a very talented Australian actor who has been in many films, not just Australian. All of the acting is incredible! Give it a try!! Seriously, the Australian one is far superior!!

(The American version can NOT hold a candle to the AUSTRALIAN original.)

WOW...I understand why it was hard to watch at first...the guy just keeps getting deeper and deeper...but we stuck it out through the entire season and really enjoyed it. There WAS a good story line...there ARE interesting characters. I do get why some folks won't like it, but Greg Kinnear does a fantastic job and I like the supporting cast as well.

I'm not usually one to like the constant misfortune of characters, but this guy is incapable of caring TOO much...he has an easy come, easy go kind of way. So what if we think he's careless? He's still likeable and he cares about "his" people. Anyway, once I stopped caring if the loan shark was going to break his neck, I started to relax and enjoy it.

I definitely liked it and thought it was worthy of seeing the whole season...I hope they renew it because the finale was pretty dang good!!
