They may have the "right" but it is stupid to do so. There's no guarantee any other offers are coming. So when a shark opens his mouth and wants to deal, you should deal with him (or her). The others can pipe in if they want to.

Waiting around for something better is foolish and I've seen people turn down exactly what they asked for because they want to deal with certain sharks, and end up not getting anything or less then what they wanted.

FWIW, I also think calling Mark "Cubes" is stupid. Calling anyone out of their name unless they invite it is impolite at the very least. If they blow up on you then you just have to deal with it.

Shark Tank is a business environment ... I see calling Mark "Cubes" as equivalent to slapping him on the butt (endearingly).
I see it as highly inappropriate.
It WAS inappropriate...guy made a mistake. (I actually stepped outta the room, darn it.)
I didn't think that was the issue, tho....
it was Mark's reaction, to me ...that we were talking about.

My top two are Lori and Mr Wonderful.

I'm suspecting that Herjavec won the polling because of his great smile. It's sure not because of his girly "physique" as revealed in a Parade pic of the sharks strolling on a beach.

Memo to Robert: Please keep your shirt on!

Mark did a huge favor for all the entrepreneurs, past and present, when he joined the show: prior to his coming on the show, all contestants were required to give the producers either 2 percent of their profits or 5 percent equity in their company, regardless of the deal struck with investors. Mark refused to sign his contract until they agreed to remove that provision retroactively. As much as I like some of the sharks, none of them ever insisted on that. Mark is aces in my book.

Robert is easy to like because he talks to people, not at them.

He is a genuine guy who I think remembers people giving him a hard time.

Robert is a smart guy who avoids rash judgments and makes very careful and well reasoned decisions----and he does so in a manner that is not offensive or abrasive to people.

He just appears to be a guy that you would like to have a beer with and shoot the breeze.
