When Fallon took over I wanted him to break out of the monologue, maybe a little schtick, 1 guest at a time, music format that ALL the US talk shows have been doing amost exactly the same foreeevvver and copy Graham Norton whose show I love.

Well Graham is finally getting some due!

Erm, the link doesn't work.

I don't mind Jimmy's format, but I do agree that Graham is awesome! Love the format of interviewing all of the guests at the same time (even the musical guest) -- they actually have conversations! Who'd've thunk? Looks like James Corden is getting kudos for bringing this format to the US. Haven't caught his show yet, but he seems to be getting good reviews.
