What are some scenes from TV shows you found disturbing?

This is one of mine:

For some context: The man used alchemy to make a Chimera by fusing together his dog and daughter. It's fully aware as well. Very disturbing to say the least.

Breaking Bad: Season four, episode one "Box Cutter". The scene with Gus, Walter, Jesse, Mike and Victor at the lab.

Alex dying on Third Watch. It was the most shocking thing I had ever seen on a TV show. For those of you who watch Blue Bloods you will recognize her as Linda Reagan. Other than the small amount of blood on her face it is not gory, just shocking.

Pretty much most scenes in the last 2 seasons of Sons of Anarchy. Kurt Sutter really went off the rails at the end there.

Amy Carlson (from the clip above) must be a magnet for such plot twists, or at least a very good sport. When she was playing policewoman Josie Sinclair on Another World, an escaped murderer threw her into a sewer, where she hurt her leg. She spent several scenes being walked over/nibbled on by sewer rats, which sent my sister running from the room in horror.

And those of you who watched Another World in its waning years will recognize her as Josie Watts Sinclair.
