Why do they put so much emphasis on race and skin color? MLK said judge people according to character.

This emphasis on classifying people by skin color leads to division and eventually to tribalism.

Like last year when they did the audience participation thing, this year was just as stupid, going across the street to the movie theatre. I'd rather they just end the program earlier instead of stupid filler.


Otherwise, nothing impressive.

The nominated songs sucked, some of the gowns (don't know whose--the black gown with gold bodice, the second presenter's "mirrored" gown) were gorgeous, and Sandra Bullock looked horrible on the red carpet, where they clearly didn't employ the same lighting and filters as they did on stage.

She obviously had facial surgery, her face is not the same.

LOL not many white American males to be seen on that show tonight. Actually not that many white American females either.
