Report: Resident Evil TV series happening at Netflix (movies, film, scripted)

Here we are, on the eve of the release of the long-anticipated Resident Evil 2 remake and it appears that the entire world if collectively agreeing: Resident Evil is good again! To wit, Deadline is reporting that Netflix is “developing a scripted series based on the hit action horror franchise” with Constantin Film — the outfit behind the long-running movie franchise — leading the charge.

I picked up all 6 movies in a package deal from Apple awhile back. Not the best but not as bad as critics shredded them. I'll check this series out on NF.
