I really love that true show on Discovery.

Truly amazed at the hard work,equipment, and elements they fight everyday.

What is great about the show ( unlike many others) is the way the boss treats his workers and the work ethic of the employees.

No personality spats amongst the workers.
No chewing out the workers by the boss.
No firings and workers threatening to quit.

I'll agree its interesting watching a small business person with a $1 million operation performing some pretty dangerous work. I am also a fan.
