As far as we know, the discussions do not include adding weeks to the benefits to which you are already entitled. So, for now, the answer is - nothing more than the 13 weeks you have remaining.

When the legislation is extended, NY should resume paying EB.
You have 13 weeks EB remaining. As I posted above, if the legislation extension is passed, you should be eligible to collect your remaining benefits - provided NY unemployment rate doesn't drop below 8%. If unemployment rate drops below 8%, then EB remaining to you would be 6 weeks.
Don't think too far ahead. If legislation passes, you go back on EB to collect either another 6 weeks, or the entire 13 weeks if the NY unemployment trigger rate warrants. Average 3-month unemployment needs to be at least 8% for the final 7 weeks of EB to be paid.

yes but your forgetting from now on the rate will always drop as people max out.
